With the rising use of computer systems and television sets, the problem of weak eyesight is immensely common nowadays; we see half of the population using spectacles and contact lenses all over the world. Convex and concave are terms used for lenses and were often the part of Physics curriculum wherein students had to illustrate the light reflection and working of either of the two lenses. If we talk of a magnifying glass, the instrument uses a convex lens to magnify or enlarge the appearance of a particular object and id often used by forensic experts and archeologists to search for intricate details that may not be visible to the naked eye otherwise. A related device called Lens-DragMag 1.1 works on similar premise albeit a bit differently and magnifies images easily for any function.
Lens-DragMag 1.1 opens with a neatly arranged interface with the chief options placed at the left panel for magnification and other effects along with various intuitive options to highlight text, write on screen and major graphical functions along with image capturing procedures and angle measuring tools make it an all round solution for various usages. The enlargement and capturing of any portion of the screen with the help of simple dragging of one or more selected areas makes the software more easy to use. Along with magnification of any part of the screen window, it can also view in a self-movable or fixed window that runs under the mouse and further obtains captures and saves them to a file in any region. The images captured can be stretched, distorted and edited as required along with displaying the current cursor shape and presenting all the effects in a slideshow form.
Overall, Lens-DragMag definitely holds great promise for its enhanced working and varied features and hence gets a rating score of four points for its impressive performance and functioning.
